Speakers’ Profile

Dr. Mark Lange
With over 15 years of experience in dietary supplement manufacturing, healthcare and pharmaceutical research, Dr. Lange brings considerable expertise to the field of nutrition. Dr. Lange has earned a reputation in the nutraceutical field for setting Quality Control policies and developing analytical testing methods and has lectured to audiences worldwide on the science and role of nutraceuticals for clinical practice.
As Director of Quality Control, Dr. Lange oversees Good Manufacturing Practice at multiple manufacturing sites and assists in bringing new products to domestic and foreign markets.

Miss Lisa Kostka
As the Director of Training & Sales for Motives, Lisa uses her deep understanding of Market America’s business model to train thousands of people, helping them build their business with Motives. With more than 25 years working experience in the beauty industry, departmental stores and salons, Lisa is also a qualified makeup artist. With Lisa’s combined extensive beauty industry experience, she is able to give you the map to success and a wealth of resources for to build on. Lisa specialises in teaching people how to increase sales and grow their business.

Mr Kevin Yip
Kevin Yip was an engineer by training. He has lived and studied in Singapore and has held several professional & management positions. He relocated to Australia in 1989 and later started up a computer graphic business which was successful for some years. Meanwhile he was introduced to the Market Australia when it was launched in 2002. In 2008, he sold his business to focus on his Market Australia business. From then on, Kevin has been actively involved in various key NMTSS roles and is now a National Supervising Coordinator for the past 3 years. Kevin is also engaged by the company as Executive Field Development Consultant for Market Australia. He has active teams building in Australian states and now in Singapore.
